Tasty Vapor juice is 100% USA made. Our juices are hand-mixed per your specifications. We mix our liquids per order to make sure you always get fresh batch. We pride ourselves in providing you with the juice just exactly how you want it. Are you looking for 20%VG liquids? No problem! Are you looking for 50%VG? No problem. Are you looking to please those cloud chasers and have a flavor in mind that will keep your customers coming back? No problem. We have been around for 5 years and fine-tuned the art of mixing your liquids to perfection.
We take pride in consistency, originality, and quality. Unlike machine manufactured eliquid products, we offer a product that is hand crafted. You choose flavors, milligram levels, sweetener, and PG/VG ratios. Then we mix your order in an OSHA regulated clean-lab and ship it out as fast as we can (generally 48-72 hours). Our flavorings, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are certified USP grade, and we exclusively use pharmaceutical grade nicotine. We have our faithful retail customers all over USA. What purchasing options are available to me?
We offer our liquids in a few options to satisfy your needs. If you are interested in sampling our flavors, let us know. We will be more than happy to send you a sample pack of our bestsellers. Please specify which options you are interested in.
Can I request a special flavor mixed just for my store?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in coming up great flavor combinations. Give us a call at (855) 811-1677 and describe what you are going for. We will mix a small batch for your review. If approved, we will mix it just for you!
How long does it take to mix and ship my order?
Great question! Everything depends on the quantities ordered and number of orders ahead of you. Unless you choose to pay rush order fee of $25.00, in most cases orders are shipped within a week or sooner. We take every order seriously and respect the fact that you need your product as soon as possible. We understand it is hard to predict how fast the product will turn around. We recommend ordering in advance. If you feel you are running out of certain liquids sooner than expected, give us a call. We will do our best to help you out.
What is Expedited Mixing Fee?
We mix our orders sequentially. Expedited mixing fee guarantees your order will be moved to the top of the pack. The order will be mixed and shipped in 3 business days. We will jump right on it! Please note expedited mixing fee doesn't expedite shipping.
What are the payment terms?
Since we are hand-mixing specifically for you, we require payment in full, including shipping, before the order is processed. If we do not receive a payment within 3 business days, we will do our best to reach out to you. If we do not hear from you for a week, we will cancel your order. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal, as they do not support our industry in any way.
When do your liquids expire?
We do not add any preservatives to our liquids. Our liquids expire 12 months from the manufactured date. It is policy of Tasty Vapor all liquids for sale and distribution will not be any older than 6 months from the manufactured date.
My business is in California. Do I have to pay a sales tax?
No, you don't if you are holder of active California Sales Permit. We will not retroactively refund sales tax fees, so make sure you send the permit right away to email@example.com.
What do I do if I am not happy with my liquids?
We mix everything by hand and naturally some variances might occur. If you are unhappy with the liquid, contact us as soon as possible so we can address them together and find an agreeable solution. We suggest you sample flavors before ordering in larger quantities, as we do not offer to remix them. If you tried a flavor before and this time it seems different, let us know. We want you to have the best possible tasting product.
How Do You Calculate Shipping Fees? If I’m Local, Can I Pick Up My Own Order?
Shipping fees are dependent on weight of your order and your location and are determined by API coding on our web server. Local customers are welcome to stop by and pick up their liquids. As soon as the order is ready, we will call you. Generally, turnaround time is about 2 business days, unless you’ve chosen to pay for the expedited mixing fee.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Absolutely. Some countries have imposed customs restrictions which may prevent you from receiving your packages, so please call or e-mail us to discuss your options. It is your responsibility to find out whether your product is allowed in your country. If the package was detained by customs, we won't be able to help you, as we are not customs experts. We can work with you to figure out declarations and shipping options. Most of our international customers have no trouble receiving imports. Currently, India, Mexico and Israel do not accept e-liquid shipments, and we do not ship to these countries. Philippines and Malaysia are on the restricted list due to some fraudulent activity.
Can I Sample Your E-Liquid Before I Make a Purchase?
Please do! If you are an established business, call or e-mail us. We will collect your contact information for our records, and send you five 10 ml sample flavors to try free of charge. You can choose which flavors, or we can pick some of our top-sellers to send you.
What Methods Do You Use to Ship Your Liquids?
Tasty Vapor uses USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. This is the most efficient and cost effective way to ship domestic and international orders. For any other shipping methods, give us a call to discuss.
Tasty Vapor's Burden of Responsibility and Shipping Terms
The burden of responsibility transfers from seller to buyer once a package leaves our premises. As a liquid manufacturer, it is Tasty Vapor’s sole responsibility to process, mix, bottle, and ship liquids. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS. At this point, they are liable for any loss, theft, or mishandling. If your packages are taking an excessive amount of time to arrive, held at customs, or lost, we will gladly help you track them. Please keep in mind that we are not USPS and they must be held accountable for their service.
How Do I Find My Tracking Number?
We will e-mail you a copy of your tracking number along with the notification that your package has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on usps.com or stamps.com, if you cannot locate your tracking number, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find it for you.
